I had an issue with water in my basement after winter thaw and heavy rain. I called City Wide and other basement professionals to help me source the issue. City Wide was the only company to call back within 24 hours. Soon thereafter Tony came over to start investigating the potential issues. He had a plan in place that day with how they were going to proceed. This included the plan, potential reasons and written estimate of for the work.
Tony and his crew were onsite a less than 2 weeks later to begin the work. The project required more work than initially thought, the issues were explained in detail and Tony had the next plan in place.
Having to dig up the perimeter of your home is not fun experience but if I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to call Tony and his crew from City Wide. Great customer service, great work from the crew - they were hard working and always answered my questions to relieve some of my anxiety.
