Hired City Wide to waterproof our home. We got quotes from 4 different companies. We went with City Wide because we spoke to the owner and he said that the difference between his company and the others was the quality of the materials and how they left our property when they were finished. The majority of the work was completed in 7 days, but there was still work to do...
They left our site and we didn't see or hear from anyone for over 2 weeks (2 weeks and 2 days), the guy came to replace the A/C unit but he said he couldn't because the soil wasn't prepared properly. We called the owner and someone was there in less the 24 hours. But there still seems to be problems, the window wells are not secured to the house, even though on their website photos it seems to be done with the window wells they install.
Also, we're in the middle of the hottest days of the year and our A/C is not connected. When we called Tony our rep he said it wasn't his fault, which is what he's been saying for the 2 week wait as well. I don't understand how it's not his fault when we paid his company extra to have the A/C unit replaced.
I have two friends that need waterproofing done but I have recommended they go with another company because of the problems with City Wide.
The funny thing was they rep asked us to write a review on HomeStars about the service even though we've had to wait for all of the work to be completed. Luckily we haven't paid the balance of the bill yet and we can stop the cheques.
If I were you I would avoid going with City Wide, especially with all of the competition out there.

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service in the industry and really tried everything to please you.
