In response to this complaint Harry came out sent his Plumber a very nice guy who determined that the drains had not been installed properly. I give Harry credit for sending someone with this kind of integrity. the drains were redone and it looks good. I think Harry took the problem very seriously and was concerned to make it right which I appreciate very much. thanks Citywide.
In May 2013 I had Citywide waterproof the entire south side of my house. At the time I pointed out to the owner after that there was moisture in the wall he had waterproofed . I was concerned because we were about to completely redo the basement including mold removal as a result of the water damage and did not want to proceed without knowing this had been done properly. He assured me the job had been done properly though they completed the job in two days without ever running the water for 24 hours to test the wall. It is now three years later and we have water leaking into the basement in the area he claimed to have waterproofed. Having finished and now having water damage in a brand new basement is upsetting in the extreme
