I had a few foundation cracks in my unfinished basement (some were visible inside and outside) and Alex came out to take a look. He provided amazing customer service. I had other companies come out and try to sell me every product they possibly could just to take my money. However, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was extremely honest. He told me that the area of the crack was not a concern as it was located in the mechanical room area - I just had to monitor it for now and fix the crack (as it was not leaking) when I decided to finish the basement. The other cracks that were only visible from the outside, were settlement cracks at a corner and were just cosmetic. I definitely recommend Alex / the company for your foundation needs.
