I never got satisfied since day 1 of their work. Did not follow what was written in the contract for the French drain. It took them more than 3 months to complete the job last year and now the months ago I reported the French drain pipe went down as the grading wasnt properly installed plus the black membrane separated from the blue membrane. Called them a few months and said they will schedule to fix. This guy Gordon went and see and promised he will come back to finish but did'nt come and did'nt even bother to call after leaving them a message. I chose this company seeing good reviews but I don't know now if this testimonials are true! Hopong they will read this review and contact me as soon as possible to get rhis done. I lost 2 summer of backyard planning!

I had a leaky basement wall waterproofed a couple of months ago, and it came through last Monday's deluge with not a single drop getting through.Thanks for a good job guys!

City Wide has done a tremendous job in waterproofing our basement. Chris and his team of professionals did an amazing job waterproofing our basement.
The team did both the exterior and interior waterproofing of our basement and the result has been absolutely amazing. Before we would get water seeping into our basement after heavy rain, after the waterproofing we have withstood even the most heavy downpours in Toronto without any water in our basement.

Starting with Chris Cavan, he listened, understood that we were under a very tight deadline, and brought in a crew in very short order, that were excellent. They were respectful, pleasant and extremely efficient. They limited the dust as much as possible and left the house free of all debris. And the best thing - when we had the
torrential downpour 10 days later - we were totally dry. Your company was recommended to us back in 2010 for a different job. We were very satisfied with the results then as well. We will not hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

The City Wide Group did a great job waterproofing our basement! The crew they sent to complete the work was very hardworking and they knew what they were doing which was reassuring. There was no downtime and clean up was great! Very professional!

The City Wide Group is a great company you can definitely rely on for this type of work. They came to our property and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. Everything was done within the agreed upon time and they left the place very clean upon completion. Very professional. The only negative comment is that they still have to return to repair the interlocking stone that sunk after the job was completed. We recommend not to pay for the job completely until all final work has been completed. On the whole the job was professionally done.

City Wide Group did a spectacular job waterproofing and sealing a crack by our basement window. The were very prompt and efficient.
The job was completed in 4 1/2 hours and Jacob and his team left my backyard immaculate. I would definitely recommend them!

We called City Wide to waterproof our wet basement. Chris came out and assessed our situation promptly. Our job involved a number of items such as an AC unit, stairs, concrete, window well and gas line to contend with. Upon completion, everything was restored just as when they started.
