Found them on-line and sent them a request for pricing on their website late at night when we discovered water in our basement after a rain storm. Before the other guys even called me back Chris had come out reviewed, given me a price and a start date. Extremely happy with the price and service, done on time.

Citywide provided realistic advice and did an excellent job. We were given a couple of different options for the repair, the pros and cons of each, and were able to make an informed decision. The work was done is a way that didn't disrupt our lives, dust barrier was put in place and many drop cloths were used, and we were given advanced notice of high noise levels.

We had a flood and didn't know where the problem steamed from. After calling many companies we selected Harry who was referred to us by a friend. His prices were competitive but his style was the most responsive and professional. He was quick to respond and his team found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They worked hard on the hottest of summer days and did a great job. They were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. I am a picky customer and I have to say Harry and his team were a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and they know their business. Thanks Harry , I love my dry basement!

Chris and his team at City Wide Group were amazing. They worked extremely hard and efficiently on the underpinning and waterproofing of my basement. When I had questions or concerns, Chris was able to promptly address them. Underpinning is a big undertaking and I wouldn't trust just anyone!! City Wide has the knowledge and experience to complete the job.

Water started from side of house, called Citywide and \harry came out to check. Found out the water was coming from the dehumidifier. Marti from home stars came by and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. He followed through on job completion. His workers tidied up the place. Was very satisfied with the work.
