City wide is, by far, the most reliable and professional contractor I have dealt with during a multi-year, extensive renovation project. They arrived and finished on time. They returned phone calls promptly. They were both efficient and pleasant.

We contracted City Wide Group Inc to do our foundation waterproofing to our newly purchased home. We also had them install a new back water valve. The team and company worked together with a neighbouring apartment building, as part of their driveway had to be closed for a duration of the work. City Wide made it hassle free for us, and we are very pleased with the work and team.

After having to carry out many extensive and expensive renovations on our 130 yr old home, we were cautious about the extensive basement reno we had decided to undertake (underpinning, waterproofing etc). As soon as we met with Chris, we felt we could trust him and though he was not the cheapest quote, he was fair. Over the next months it became very clear we made the right decision. Chris and his company are incredibly professional, respectful (punctual, clean), and will do whatever possible to deal appropriately with any "surprises" which might pop up (and in our old, often "renovated" downtown basement, many did). I unreservedly recommend Chris and will only use Citywide in the future. Thanks Chris!

I had Chris come to quote project, he was not the cheapest but I wanted a commitment on the start and finish date. The job was done with very little disturbance to the family. The job was on time and finished as promised. The other companies were quoting less money but they were giving 10 week start dates and no complete date.

After receiving 4 quotes to repair a cracked foundation, I decided to go with City Wide . (family owned and run). On requesting a reference, I spoke with a customer in my neighbourhood who was very satisfied and complimentary to the employees and work done. Prior to my work being started, I needed some unexpected water removal to be done in my backyard. Lynn and Chris immediately took care of me and sent staff with a draining pump in less than an hour.
From my first phone call to Lynn (mother /Secretary), the meeting with Chris (son/Manager) for the estimate, and to the completion of the job to the present state, I am very impressed and pleased. All of my concerns and many questions have been answered efficiently by Lynn, Chris, and the working team members, who have been pleasant and courteous at all times. I have trust, respect, and gratitude for this Company who has helped me deal with some stressful situations, and would highly recommend them.

I had Chris come out out do an estimate for my foundation waterproofing and a new water service line. I was impressed with the company and their credentials, and elected to hire them. Vlad and his crew did an excellent job, and the work didn't stop from the second they arrived on site! The pricing was competitive, and the value was exceptional!

The management and work done by the City Wide Group to address the foundation/crack repair on our house was outstanding. They had the best customer service, turnaround time for quoting, and price for the job out of the numerous companies I contacted. I truly felt like it was a company I could trust right from the beginning and was looking out for the best interest of my house and myself.
