Energy Crew Moving & Transportation

One of the movers damaged the wall while moving things out, and several items went "missing," including an expensive winter jacket. The company ignored our emails and had their phones disconnected for over a month, refusing to reply. They only started responding again when we got our credit card company involved, claiming to have been "off duty", and later saying they had "found" the coat in a truck (after over two months of it missing, and reeking of cigarette smoke). They never paid for the damage they caused to the wall either. An untrustworthy and unreliable company, do not use.

Energy Crew are unprofessional, unreliable amateurs. Hiring them cost me thousands of dollars to move a one-bedroom apartment. Their quote of $650 for 4-6 hours of work was misleading.

Keeping it short, they showed up late and without having made the agreed on pickup of my friend's couch at the first stop. They brought a truck that didn't fit all my belongings, took twice as long as estimated, and one of the movers didn't wear a mask. The biggest issue was they caused $850 of damage moving my belongings into my new home. Energy Crew pretended to show an interest in the damage estimate until I actually shared it, and I never heard from them again.

Avoid them at all cost. If you’re reading this, the bottom line is to hire someone else.

We used Energy Crew in 2014 and they were great. Not sure if the ownership or management has changed, but we used them again for a move last month and it was a truly horrible experience. The lead mover was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He insisted that the stair railing and door had to be removed in order to move our sofa out, despite it being brought into the space in a few minutes without issues. To top it off, he damaged our sofa by dragging it on the floor and walls and when we called the office to address this, they didn't even bother returning our calls. Stay FAR away from this company if you are looking for a professional moving service.

This moving company was AMAZING to work with. They got our move done in under 4 hours despite the fact we had two pick up locations.
The team was very professional and the price was terrific.

Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for movers.

I am so glad I hired Energy Crew for my late May 2019 residential move. Treigh and the guys are responsive and flexible. The move involved a lot of stairs -- they didn't complain and stuck pretty close to their quote. Energy Crew gives you better service for a lower price than competitors. Good value all around. I'd absolutely use them again for another move.

This company did my move two weeks ago. Very professional and everything was fast and smooth. No overcharges, they were fast and very responsible with the things they were moving.

Very heavy rain at start time made it impossible to start loading the truck, but the crew had no problem adjusting the hours to reflect the late start and working later to get the job done. Courteous, careful, strong and capable- everything you'd want in movers. We were very happy and price was great compared to other companies.

Treigh and team were a pleasure to deal with. They were accommodating in coming back to finish up a move as it turned out we had too much to move in one shot. I would defintely recommend them!

I was really happy with Energy Crew. I had read some negative reviews about them and so I had concerns about the crew going too slowly, charging a surprise stair fee on the day of the move, and the carpets getting dirty (the place we were moving out of had a lot of carpeting). So I asked Trey about these things and he said there is a stair fee for a certain amount of stairs, but because it was not included in the quote provided to me, it would be waived. He also said that it's standard for them to use runners to protect carpet. And the guys actually took less time than what was quoted to me and so the amount I paid was actually less than the quote (because the only minimum is the first hour). I'm glad I went with them because it worked out well and their prices were the best that I could find.

I just want to thank the Energy Crew for the exceptional service I received today from the crew. Sedgwick, Bob, and Gervais were professional, fast and very courteous. Fantastic! It was the fastest, most careful move I've experienced. 10/10, use the Energy Crew!
