Energy Crew Moving & Transportation

Friendly, hard working movers. Move went quickly and the movers were professional and efficient. It's my 2nd time using this company's services, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them a 3rd time. Very fair price.

I moved from one unit within the building to another. I was frustrated/dissappointed that when booking, a promi was going on...get 3 movers for price of 2 when you book before the 25th of the month. I booked 7 weeks in advance and got 2 movers.

On the day of, they arrived 30 minutes late. When Treigh showed up he was EXTREMELY proffessional. He listened to what I wanted prioritized and worked hard. Although he had someone working with him, I would say a bulk of the move was Treigh.

In the end, my move was done in the time quoted, we laughed and had fun during the move and the 3 guy issue was not an issue.

I would recommend and I would use them.

Regrettably, I am unable to share a positive review at this time. Leading up to the move, the company was quite responsive and readily able to set up my move. I received an email quote almost instantly and was able to plan my move via email with Treigh quote easily. Oddly enough, when my movers showed up, 2 persons not 3 as advertised, the first question they asked me was why did I choose Energy Crew given the mediocre reviews online. I told them I had a pleasant experience setting up the move and having my date accommodated and that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. During the move, one of my items was damaged. I received an email the day after my move asking me to write a Homestars review or to reach out to the company if there were any issues. My move was 3 weeks ago. In that time I have sent several emails and left several voicemails concerning my damanged property with no response from Treigh or any other Energy Crew staff. On one occasion, I was able to speak with Treigh and was told I would be forward a claims form by email right away, this ever happened and since then I have been unable to reach the company for help. I am disappointed by how I have been ignored. The movers were friendly, my invoice wasn't paid promptly. Insurance was included with the move and it is disheartening to feel that this company is taking advantage of a customer by refusing my right to make a claim.

wonderful experience from beginning to end - Energy Crew made this so easy and they were cool and easy going through the whole process - Treigh and the guys that did the move were awesome! On top of the great customer service the bill ended up being less than quoted - these guys are the best - I would recommend them any day - you couldn't ask for more!

Patrick and Mauricio were prompt, professional and fast. They placed things where I asked and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking. We were quoted for 5 hrs and they finished in 3hrs. Not only were they quick but affordable. The best movers/moving company I have ever used.

10/10 - these guys were INCREDIBLE. Our move was unique in which there were several moving pieces an they were incredibly accommodating. From the initial booking to the move, everyone was professional and quick to reply.

Energy Crew gave us a great estimate and they were on-time and on-budget. The crew were professional, friendly and very hard-working. They had a difficult move on a hot day but they impressed us with their humour and enthusiasm. Very highly recommended!

They were great, fast, careful and polite. They sent three men which I appreciated and made the job much faster. We were unpacked on the same day.

I would highly recommend booking the first move of the day. I had the second slot booked and the people before me ran WAY over schedule. The movers ended up showing up over 6 hours late to my place, however they were in contact with me all day and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. When they did show up they got to work - FAST!

Even though I had twice the amount of furniture on my move this time (from when I moved into my place, 10 years ago), these guys were able to move me in half the time!

My move even involved hoisting my couch over my deck and down to the first floor (and a few other large items that would not fit down my stairs). The guys did it with ease.

Even though they were super late for my scheduled appointment, this was the most stress-free move I've had. All my belongings arrived in perfect condition and the crew were so nice and helpful.

I hope I don't have to move again for many many years, but next time I do, I'll be using Energy Crew again and will recommend them to everyone.

Treigh and his team at Energy Crew Moving made my move simple and easy despite all the challenges put in front of them. They took my box spring and head board over a second story balcony! Something I could never have done on my own. I really appreciated how efficient they were, getting me moved from point a to b in only 3 hours. Thanks for making the move into my new hope so positive!
