We have a Spagna Vetro 168 range hood which was installed four years ago. We recently began to experience some problems with the lights so I contacted kitchenhoods.ca to ask for if they could recommend an electrician for the repairs. To my surprise they took the time on the phone to investigate and fully understand the problem. Understanding that the repairs were straight-forward, they recommended that I repair the unit myself and explained how to do it. To my greater surprise, they provided the replacement part at no cost and made special arrangements for its pick-up.
Their staff were courteous, professional and of great assistance. We look forward to the opportunity to doing business with them in the future.
