I was very pleased with the quick response after contacting them for a quote. The representative providing the quote was thorough and answered all my questions. They crew arrived on time and were fast and efficient in their work (Just over three hours start-to-finish for the Air Krete in our semi-detached house, attic in about an hour). Great communication with the office as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brand Insulation to my neighbours.
