Friendly and efficient. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after they finished and aanswered any questions we had.

I had countless companies come to give me quotes. There was condensation and mould in my attic. I heard everything from roof, covered soffits, bad insulation, etc. These guys came and immediately I knew I was in the best hands possible. Gary was brutally honest (which is in my opinion the best way to be). They gave me a fair quote to remove the insulation and remove the mould. They came as promised and when the spray foam company showed up after them they immediately praised their work. This is a rare thing considering they are competitors! This company did a great job. The guys came in, insulated the inside and the outside. We’re finished when they said they would be finished. Clean the house up. Vacuumed. Made a minimal mess. The job was great. The guys were nice. Everything they said they would do they did. One of the guys even fixed all the holes did the drywall and painted my walls. It was like there was never a mess. Couldn’t see any holes or damage on the outside of the house or on the inside. Definitely would recommend them for your insulation needs

This company was perfectly professional in every respect from setting appropriate expectations while quoting, to performing the work, and following up after the fact with re-sending the invoice I had misplaced. They were a pleasure to deal with: professional, honest and thorough.

As to the quality of their work: hard to no for sure. We're pretty sure the insulation they installed helped and we obsessed over measuring our home before and after they installed the AirCrete between our double brick walls. Despite this, we lack the numbers to be 100% confident it was worth it (we're scientists and wanted better data than we could collect). That being said: we would use them again because we're almost certain it was worth it.

I live in a custom-made 15-year-old home. We felt that the upstairs were very hot in summer and very cold in winter.
When we asked Brand Insulation to provide an assessment and a quote, we were surprised to find out that our R-value was 28.

We hired Brand Insulation to insulate our attic. The whole process was fast, efficient with minimal inconvenience to our daily activities.
The company installed additional insulation of R32, for a total of R60.
We noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature on the second floor.
In fact, this was the first fall since we moved into our home when I no longer needed to wear a sweater upstairs.

I’m very happy that I decided to have Brand Insulation insulate my 1885 Victorian with Air Krete. The house is now more evenly heated and the furnace isn’t turning on as much. I never thought that the cold drafts could be dealt with so effectively.
