Having been told that I would need to pay for an initial deep clean, I was expecting a very thorough job (especially given the high price for a small home). Instead, I came home to a house that looked good at first glance, but had none of the "deep cleaning" done. Nothing was dusted, no surfaces were wiped down, the garbage cans weren't emptied, and it was hard to believe that 4.5 hours were spent accomplishing this. Given the price, and the requirement for an initial clean, I was very unimpressed with the work that was done.

I am very surprised about this complaint. As all of our customers know it is our policy to call the next day and ask for feedback on the house cleaning service. We had called you as well, we invited you to take advantage of our re-do policy, if a customer sees that there has been something missed in the cleaning and lets us know they are entitled to a re-do cleaning, which is done at the earliest convenience of the customer. You had rejected this option and settled for not having it done. Also there was no onsite estimate done on your house, we only had the description of it from you, and you were given an approximate price. Once the crew arrived and began cleaning they saw that the condition of your house was very poor, it would need much more cleaning to bring it up to our standards of clean. You had received a cleaning for the amount that you paid. It was the best that the crew could do in this circumstance.
