Highly Professional Junk Removal, called them to dispose Appliances and Furniture. They came onsite provided estimate, once agreed the garbage is removed quickly from the site. The rate are competitive for the service.

Pricing is outrageous. Online pricing guide is a joke. One treadmill removal was $230! Never again. The guys who did the job were very good and quick though. I will not use this company again, nor recommend them.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very shady way of doing business. We had a pile of mostly drywall from a basement reno to be taken away. My husband called a week prior to ensure they would haul drywall, was told it was not an issue, no mention of increased fees. The guys showed up and were quick and polite enough.....BUT it wasnt until after the junk was loaded that they slapped us with hidden fees. I say hidden because I searched their website for a "catch" and there was none....but on the day of the work suddenly drywall is considered "heavy materials" apparently comparable to patio stone and brick?? So instead of barely a half load that we should have been charged (considering there were already two appliances from a previous client in the truck) we were hit with a full load fee. Why? Because the driver considered it "heavy" at his full discretion. Not one mention of this prior to loading. The owner knows I am right in my arguement and initially offered a refund, but now just ignores my attempts to rectify this situation. Stay away from this company. Rent a bin and load it yourself. Oh and ignore the list of heavy items with increased charges on the website, they can call a load of stuffed animals heavy if they choose to. I gave one star because hey, they did remove the junk...

The two young men were thorough, efficient and very polite. They moved a difficult piece of furniture without complaint and in fact were quite cheerful through the whole process. /10

Ben and his partner did a fantastic job loading my junk in their truck. They took great care removing the very heavy items. They were very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company. Once moved, I used the service again, although I had to use a different branch since I moved to Toronto.

Both guys were great. They called to ask if they could come a little earlier and cleared out my stuff quickly and neatly. I am so happy to be rid of all my junk!! It was so easy to book on line. Thanks so much. /10

Great job, the guys were friendly and helpful. I like that many of my things will be donated, hopefully to someone who will like them. Makes it easy knowing you are sorting through it all rather than me! And an added bonus - one of the guys killed the world's biggest spider that we found under some junk so that in itself was worth the money!

The two men that came to collect my junk this morning were very professional, hardworking and polite. All the junk was gone in an hour and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use your company again. The website was also very easy to use and I booked my appointment fast.
