Tim came and took a deposit of $800 in may of 2022. He said the doors would be installed within 6-8 weeks. We had to chase him down to get a date to install the doors, he did not come on the day he said. Every time we try to reschedule he will give a different date and make excuses. We have tried countless times to contact him with calls, texts, with different numbers, he does not respond to anything . I have read many other reviews and many other people are facing the same problem as us. It has now been 6 months and still no garage doors have been installed.

Tim took my deposit in November of 2020. So many excuses, just like all the others. Didn't show up on scheduled day. I lost a days pay. Never calls back. Proceeding with court and police.

I would be happy to work with others to include or be included in the court case.

This Contractor (Tim) will take your deposit and
you will never here from him again. You will be constantly chasing him to Honor his contract or trying to get your deposit back.
We ordered a garage door in Feb 2022, and have been chasing him ever since. He will give keeping giving you different dates, we are now at lucky number 7 as of Sept 29th. He never shows up or calls. Ive had to revert to emails as his voicemail is always full. The only time he will eventually respond via email is with another date. Weve already asked him 4 times to return our deposit. He already breached our contract at the end of May. He has already done this to countless others. We will be lodging a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal advise to take him to small claims court to return our deposit.

I paid advance for installation of two 8X7 R16 insulated garage door on November 5, 2021 (invoice - 001194) and the installation date was Dec 1, 2021 or before. As of July 2022 neither the garage doors are installed nor the refund has been provided. Every time I followed-up I was given a new reason and told that next week it will be installed and it is final but that never happened. Please do not engage this contractor if you don't want to spend your time in follow-up and/or recovering the advance paid. I have asked for refund of advance paid but no response far. I have now filed complaint with Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and would highly recommend that people who are facing similar issues also file their complaint with Ministry.

I booked the garage door last year June but Tim hasnt installed it until today. Too many excuses similar to the ones mentioned in other reviews and now waiting for deposit refund for 2 months. Every week is a promise and always fails the promise. I will recommend to stay away from Tim and his company. I am going to be taking legal action and reaching out to consumer court to get my refund back.

When our garage door broke Tim was very prompt in coming out and providing us many different options for our garage door. He also repaired the existing door so it would function until the new door arrived. On installation day he arrived on time and was meticulous with the way he installed everything. Highly recommend and we will use him for our garage door needs in the future.

Great quality work, was really pleased with how everything went. Will recommend. Job went as described.

I have taken many off from my job coz he promised me that he will come and i took off from my work .and he never shows up .. and now he is not responding to text .....found him on facebook when i spoke to him sounded very professional but in real very opposite. Looks like he took my money as usual from others. Don't buy from this seller ....dont fall in trap with guy/company with his rate or sweet talks

May 19, 2022: Still the installer is playing the same trick for the installation. As of today - the door is not installed. Installer keep promising to install on every weekend but same trick. Request people not to fall in trap from this supplier. I am tired and worried about how to get back the money

Maya 197, 2022: Still the installer playing same game with answering here. He neither installed the door nor paid back deposit money as of today. Beware of this contractor as you will loose money. Similar complaints about the same contractor is posted by others

Had an issue with the steel cable coming off the reel came same day and resolved the issue.
Have been dealing with him for many years .
This is my second home he has worked on.

I have called others but found them to be money gouging and very dishonest. For example This other company that advertises 15.00 just to come out for the quote. But wanted 350.00 to do the same job. I said no and he kept going down to 150.00. I still said no because that company left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be reporting them.
