I had a sump pump that was almost 20 years old that needed replacing. Valentin was replacing my main water valve at the time (which he did quickly without any issues) when I asked him about the sump pump. He informed me that it needed to be replaced, brought up to code and provided me with a quote along with the details to apply for subsidy with the City of Toronto.
The following week Valentin came in removed the old sump pump, capped it off so it was no longer going into the sewer system and then installed the new Liberty Sump Pump with the new pipe discharging outside to the front yard. The work was done quickly. I was provided a detailed text with pictures explaining all that was completed.

I wanted to replace the existing pedestal sink in the bathroom with a new vanity sink and remove the garburator in my kitchen twin sink and reconnect the garburator sink and dishwasher to drainage.

After reviewing the pictures I sent, Valentin said he would bring better quality drain basket than the one I bought from Home Depot for the garburator sink and would also replace the other sink's basket assembly as it looked corroded. He suggested he would put in new shut off valves for the bathroom vanity. He suggested I should purchase new faucet assembly for the bath room vanity because the existing one, although it still looked brand new ( which I like very much, expensive but 15 years old ) would require replacement in the not too distant future.

I'm glad I followed his advice. The other kitchen sink's strainer basket literally disintegrated when he gave it a slight twist. The strainer baskets he brought were much sturdier and better built and designed than the Home Depot one I bought. The two existing bathroom shut off valves were corroded to bare metal. The new bathroom faucet I bought has improved design features not available 15 years ago and I absolutely have no regret replacing the old one that was corroded. Valentin also suggested the location of the new bathroom vanity to ensure better usage of space.

I used Valentin in a number of prior occasions and his work was excellent. This time was no exception. His Job was well done and he did a great clean up. I found Valentin's advice to be well considered and sound and has the home owner' s interests in mind.

Couldn't ask for more. Job well done Valentin.

Valentin was very quick to respond when we contacted him about a cracked pipe for our outdoor hose. He offered professional recommendations on the best course of action to resolve the issue as well as helping us ensure that this issue doesn't occur in the future.

Valentin fixed a couple of complex issues with my basement toilet. I am very happy with the work! Valentin did a great job and explained everything very clearly. He is an excellent communicator! I will not hesitate to contact Strong Plumbing in the future.

Valentin replaced the insides of two old toilets that keep running. He replied quickly to my initial request, based his fee on photos and worked quickly and cleanly. on the job. I highly recommend him.

Valentin and I communicated over text .. I sent him pictures of my old toilets and he was very informative, letting me know what to look out for when shopping for a new toilet, as not all toilets would have fit in the current space.

Valentin arrived early to do the job .. which is a nice change to having to wait for late/no show tradesmen.

I found Valentin to be polite and very professional from start to finish. He inspected both new toilets when unboxing, to ensure that they were not damaged, was respectful in keeping my space clean by placing a clean cloth over my floors and wearing disposable slippers over his shoes, leveled both toilets (uneven
floors), took the old toilets to the curb and cleaned up as he worked!

I am very impressed with his work ethic! I highly recommend Valentin if you are looking for a plumber (and his prices are very reasonable). I will definitely be using his services for any future plumbing issues.

Valentin was very responsive over text and we communicated with photos and videos to show the work we were hoping to get done. (Toilet flush pump, changing faucet and sink drain, shower trim replacement and new overflow faucet for the tub). He mentioned some of the concerns over text that made me change and get spare parts to make the install smoother.

When he got to our place he was very friendly and informative and was able to fix everything and replace the fixtures thanks to early communication and great skill.

Valentin came and remedied the entire problem with a sump pump well and a sump pump. Valentin also provided to me a back up system..
