They responded right away and they were able to quote me online with pictures I had sent them. They fit me in their schedule for the next day and were in and out in less than 30min - no more leak! Price was as quoted - very professional. Very happy with service.

Called Valentin based on his HomeStars reviews. He responded promptly and professionally. Made an assessment of what we needed and came out within 48hrs to replace the faucet cartridge in our bathtub. He walked me through everything he was doing so I could learn, which I really appreciated. He was polite, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend his services. I have a Bathtub/Shower with older fixtures. The faucet had a tiny slow drip that turned into a running stream, so I needed a plumber who would be able to help me in short turn around time. Valentin answered my inquiry promptly, was incredibly polite, professional and quickly accommodated me in his busy schedule. Mr. Sasu was very professional, timely, clean and quick. He helped me install new faucet and helped me with my clogged shower faucet. He also reminded me to report the cause of the blockage to the property management company to avoid further problems. Highly recommend.
