Real bad work any doesn't fulfil warranty. Stay away from, don't waste your money on Mickey Mouse work.

He said we needed waterproofing, so we agreed and the work was done.
All rain storms since we've been getting water in basement, 2 years later he dug again and still getting water in basement.

Never had water issues till this work was done.

I wanted a special look to the stairs, Mr. Stubbs listened to me which resulted in exactly the finished project I wanted. All of Mr. Stubbs crew are very polite, they take pride in their job. The front steps to my basement were in poor shape and needed a better job than the patching that had been done before. I contacted Mr. Stubbs from a flier that was left in my mailbox. They responded quite quickly and came and gave me an estimate. I thought the price was fair and I am pleased with the finished product. The workers were pleasant and easy to deal with and the job was done efficiently. I hope the work holds up during our brutal winter weather!

From the beginning of our home renovations Stubbs was a great contractor to work with. We found him when we were looking to have someone waterproof the front of our house when our basement was leaking. He provided us with a reasonable quote lower than other contractors in the area. After the waterproofing (including sump pump installation) was done he bricked up some old basement windows, replaced a door in our house, fixed up our front step (including pouring a new concrete slab), updated and installed new plumbing in our basement, replaced the stairs in the basement, and poured a new concrete floor.
He was always on the job site to ensure his workers were doing the best job, and his workers were always friendly and respectful.
He also checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we were comfortable with the work being done and offered to fix up small things here and there.
We will definitely be using him in the future for any other projects and would highly recommend him to anyone with contractor needs!

Our front concrete porch needed to be opened and replaced as well as repairing the cold cellar below. Stubbs responded quickly. Always on tome and kept everything clean. 8 months ago Mr. Stubbs provided top quality service for a job I needed, so now when I needed my old wooden porch torn down and a new porch built, I knew Stubbs was the only contractor I needed to call. I was provided a detailed estimate and every step of the process was explained fully. The end result was a beautiful new front porch, complete with concrete curbing, beautiful wide decking, and a detail-rich railing around the porch and down my front steps. I'm thrilled with the quality, speed, and thorough approach Mr. Stubbs and his crew provided. I can't stop raving about the work, and my neighbours are stopping by to tell me just how impressed they are too with the work that was done. Curb appeal and functionality are way up! I initially hired this contractor to remove a very large and rotting back deck. The price was fair and they started the work very soon after I gave the go ahead. They worked quickly and efficiently and in a couple of days, the work was completed and I had a brand new backyard. While there, Mr Stubbs noticed the deterioration of the concrete leading to my house & pointed out how water was falling in & causing it to sink. He also pointed out spots at the side of my house where there were holes that needed to be filled. I asked for a quote which was done soon after and again, it was very reasonable and the work began as soon as I said okay. Again, they worked efficiently to remove the old concrete, repour new cement, fill the holes and then parge and paint. It was easy, quick & beautifully done. I would trust them with anything I need done on my house and would highly recommend them.

I were very pleased with the work done parging the house, that we immediately hire him to replace our sidewalk and driveway. His staff was on time, polite and professional. Quote was reasonable. Job done on time. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
