I am surprised the reviews for this company are so overwhelmingly positive. It was based on the positive reviews posted here that I drove out to the showroom in Bolton. I must have waited an hour before I was helped.
In the end, I ordered a leather sofa because I really wanted furniture which met my criteria and I was willing to pay the custom price. I placed the order and was told it would take five weeks at the most. One month later, I sold my existing sofa. Long story short, I was sitting on the floor for another month before I finally had to call for an update and was told that it was not ready yet and they were too busy to advise clients when there was a problem with the custom order and ask how to proceed.
In the end, I did not receive my sofa until three months later, and that was with me consistently bothering Ralph at the end and forcing a delivery date. On the day my sofa was delivered, I missed a call from the delivery boys for just a few minutes and Ralph immediately sent a rude e-mail to me asking where I was.
The other reviews here describe the quality of the product, and I don't dispute that. But the punctuality, timeliness, and follow-up was completely lacking and I felt that this forum needed another perspective. (NOTE: I am not Mrs. B as described by the company response)

I formally apologize to this customer. But it would be good to know who this is... so we can make sure what they say happened never happens again.... if it happened at all....
