We went to Boss Leather after a few unproductive and uncomfortable trips to other furniture stores. Paul could not have been more helpful. He thoroughly explained the differences in leather and building materials and explained what pieces would best suit our home, pets and family. The wait time for the custom pieces that we ordered was exactly what Paul had said that it would be. The delivery arrived on the date specified, and was actually a touch earlier than estimated, but the the young man that was delivering called ahead to let me know.
The two young men that delivered the pieces could not have been more pleasant or professional. They insisted on removing their shoes, even though I told them it was not necessary. They placed the pieces where they belonged and removed every scrap of wrapping. They finished quickly, but did not seem to be rushed, asking me to carefully look over each piece to make sure I was satisfied, and made sure any questions I might have were answered. The pieces that we ordered are absolutely beautiful. We have been thoroughly impressed with Boss Leather from start to finish and would not hesitate to shop there again. We have already recommended them to family and friends.
