An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
In my successful, 40 year Real Estate sales career I have never
found it necessary to employ professional staging services until I was
asked to sell a home that did not sell while it was on MLS, 2 years
ago, at a realistic asking price for over two months. To avoid further
marketing failure and on the insistence of my Sellers, I had to find
reputable staging services for them.
After doing a little research and with the recommendations from a
colleague I was very comfortable to recommend Barbara Bryan’s
services to my clients. From our first meeting with Barbara to
obtaining her professional proposal and the timely completion of their
first class staging work we are totally, satisfied with Barbara and her
AlphaOne Staging & Redesign team.
We listed the property in January 2011 with confidence that it would
sell within a week. We received eight offers and sold it within 8 days
for 104% of the asking price, exactly as we expected. I appreciate
Barbara’s keen eye and understanding of how to present a home to
its best advantage. I will certainly recommend her services to my
clients again.

John Gerber was great to work with. His client, a very busy professional had little time to interact with preparing the house for sale, but agreed to most of my recommendations. A few rooms needed repainting, although the paint was fairly recent, and a few electrical fixtures needed to be updated. The client agreed. In the end, the colour scheme of the entire house and the lighting worked very well. My team as always, was in and out in one day, and the client was able to sell quickly at $35K over asking.
