Home Depot - Cambridge

It's been a year and my storm door still isn't installed properly. The Cambridge store manager does not care at all about service or customer satisfaction. Worst service I've ever seen. They just shift blame and responsibilities like cowards. Not recommended.

Home Depot project planner (Mary) was very helpful but the contractors that were used were terrible. There were lots of problems along the way and some still exist. We just stopped complaining. Shower leaks badly, grout is all cracked, tile is cracked, seals on shower door keep falling off, trim didn't get painted, and more. When we turned on the shower for the first time, water poured through the ceiling in the dinette. Repairs to the ceiling don't match the rest of the ceiling. Can't use the body sprays in the shower because the shower doors leak so badly. Project took much longer than they said it would, cost more than budget and quality of workmanship was poor.
