Leaking kitchen sink!
I have called this company based on their good reviews. I called the main line and the guy told me he will send one of his guys to book an apt and will look at the problem and will give me a free quotation. Andrew came to my house and looked at the problem and gave me a ridiculous quote which i wasn't pleased with so I decided not to use them. Andrew got angry and wanted to change me $99 dollars for "diagnostic" which was no mention of over the phone. Also he got very upset when I refused to pay that charge since no one mentioned it to me prior to booking this appointment. So he said fine and wanted me to pay him $50 for gas and for spending time in traffic. Which I ended up paying so that he could leave and not give me any more problems. I was very upset that non of these charges where mentioned earlier and all I got initially was "free estimate", I hired another company who were very professional and ended up charging me &180 for the same job. This company is a rip off!
