Top notch service! Andrzej did a maintenance cleaning and checkup for my sump pump and was able to diagnose the reason the back up battery light was out, wasn't a dead battery, but a loose connecting wire! Now the battery is recharged and back on stand-by. Much appreciated!

In a rainy day, it discharges underground storm sewage and, therefore, keeps basement dry. Like any other electronic device, sump pump might fail and, in this case, secondary backup pump helps to control level of underground natural water table.
