Mister Plumber

When the city replaced the lead pipes on our street to the property line we found out that we had lead going into our house as well and had to replace them. Along with our next door neighbours we got several quotes. Mister Plumber was the most reasonable in price and was available to begin almost immediately. Their work was extremely fast and they were polite. Some of the other companies told us they would have to extend the demolition on our driveway that the city had started. Mister Plumber didn't do any additional demolition so there is no additional mess. This is a huge bonus for us. We would work with them again.

Our upstairs shower was down into the first floor behind the drywall. This happened on Good Friday and I was worried I'd have to pay an arm and a leg to come out on Easter Weekend. I waited until Saturday and called and Alex contacted me to come out and have a look at the shower. Despite a mistake on my part, I caused him to think the job was off, when I phoned him later in the day to ask where was he, he politely told me that I hadn't texted him my address so he thought the job was off. And although this was his day off, he still came to do my job about 1 hour after my second call! Very polite, very nice people, even Vladimir who took my original call.

As for the job itself, it turned out to be small than what I thought (thank God!) and he did have to cut the drywall, but explained everything he did and showed me inside the hole so I could see what the problem was. He ran the shower and made sure I watched downstairs to make sure no water was coming down the wall and I was satisfied.

The repair was made within 30 minutes and we can shower again!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking on the counter as well as under the sink. I phoned Mister Plumber Thursday afternoon and Alex was at our place as promised at 9:30 the next morning. He clearly explained what might be wrong, that he would have to remove and replace the faucet and stated what it would cost me. He also outlined the steps I would have to follow if I wanted to get a new faucet from the manufacturer. Within an hour he had finished his repairs, explained exactly what he had done and that, if the same thing happened again, how I could get a new part from the manufacturer. Perfect service as far as I'm concerned.

Within 24 hours of my call my new dishwasher was installed.

Alex from Mr. Plumber was prompt and professional. He was clearly a professional and very quickly removed my old dishwasher and installed my new one. I feel completely confident in his work and would highly recommend him to others.

There's a trades expression: "good, fast and cheap, pick two". Mister Plumber is (very) good, (very) fast and were close to the cheapest in price of 3 estimates. Vlad came to look at the job and gave lots of good advice on my basement project. He gave me his quote, which was very competitive, and the work commenced on the day that he promised. To my surprise Sasha and Boris had the job done in 4 hours, and the finished product looks more like surgery than plumbing. I would recommend Mister Plumber without reservation. Warren

Andrew was very helpful over the phone. He did a great job & I found the cost to be very reasonable. He also looked at another job in the house & advised me what I would need to do to solve that issue. Over all I feel this is a good company to deal with and I will certainly call them again.

From my first communication with the company I was pleased with their promptness and clarity. They were not afraid to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone for the work, where as at least two other companies I called would not provide such information even broadly (and were going to charge even for their quotes). Alex told me exactly when to expect him and kept in touch by text message. He clearly explained the work, gave me the exact cost, and was finished even earlier than scheduled. The work was competently performed. This is everything I expect from a company. Highly recommend.

We have called Mister Plumber for two emergency situations- first a major blocked drain and a burst pipe. In both cases Andrew and Alex came to our assistance. Fast, competent and reliable, we felt comfortable and confident in their work. For our drain issue, they did what they could to resolve the issue in one visit, in spite of working an incredibly long day. We rendered Mister Plumber's services to complete water and drain rough-in of our renovated house. We had previously hired them to do small jobs, like fixing faucet or installing a toilet. This job was much bigger, however, since we had a good experience with them in a past and the price was good, we let Mister Plumber work on our project. Mister Plumber did very good job on time and within the agreed budget. During the course of the works carried on our house, we were constantly in good contact with Vlad and Igor, getting advice on what is a good practice for our project. They were flexible and accommodating to meet our expectations, however they always stayed within the limits set by the building code. We passed building inspection right away with no questions asked. I wish we had such a good experience with other trades we employed during our renovation project. I would recommend Mister Plumber as a plumbing company of choice to all my friends without any hesitation.
