I highly recommend Mister Plumber for any plumbing job. They are courteous, responsible, honest and efficient.

Igor is a no-fuss kind of guy who has excellent knowledge and experience in repairing external plumbing issues. I had initially asked him to visit my house to confirm if I had a BWV installed by the previous owners. Not only did he confirm that a BWV was not installed, he went through the trouble to explain the condition of my drainage system in real-time. His conclusion was spot on (I also needed to replace a dislodged clay pipe system that was pushed by my large maple tree roots, which was done at the same time as the BWV installation for an extra cost).

The first part of the job was done professionally by Igor's crew of 3-4 hardworking guys in one day (which included the replacement of the clay sewage pipe). The inspector approved the job the next day, and the hole surrounding the BWV was carefully covered by new cement.

Mister Plumber is deserving of their near perfect score and I wouldn't hesitate to refer their services to my friends and family.

First of all, I don't usually write reviews - good or bad, but today I had Alex from Mister Plumber come to my location and investigate a leak in my ceiling. Seeing as I was so pleased with the result, I thought it fitting to write a review. He arrived on time. He was polite and respectful. He was determined to find the problem and did. I was relieved to have the issue diagnosed and game plan set in place to fix it. I would use Mister Plumber again, and I would also recommend their service to others. Thanks Mr. Plumber!

We bought an old Toronto home and wanted to have the lead and galvanized steel pipes replaced before we moved in. We called Vlad for a quote because of all of his Homestars reviews, and he was extremely friendly and professional. He wrote up the quote for us on the spot, which was really helpful. His team arrived on time (they were even a bit early but just waited for us patiently) and got the work done in just a few hours (before the rain came!). You can barely tell that our front lawn was touched. They were all friendly and extremely efficient. They even took a look at our sink upstairs because the water pressure was low and removed a few rocks that were stuck inside (at no extra cost!). His team did have to move our washer/dryer to access the pipes, and unfortunately the old hose to the washer ended up leaking a little after they moved it back, which resulted in some of the cement that they laid down getting washed away. Vlad came back the day after we called him and replaced the washer for the hose and took care of re-cementing as well. I have already asked Vlad to come back to do other plumbing work for us, and will continue to do so in the future! Fantastic service

My husband and I just bought a home that is 50-60 years old around Scarborough area. We were forced to replace galvanized piping in the house because the bank changed their mind in providing us home insurance 1 week before our closing date. The bank gave us 60 days to replaced the galvanized pipes.

I've searched plumbers online. I found Mister Plumber in home star, he is very pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person. He gave us a reasonable quote. Vlad also pointed out some potential plumbing issues.

We set up to meet with the plumber to provide quotes. The following day Alex and Vlad replaced the galvanized piping in the basement. They came on time, they finish the job quickly. They were both able to answer all of the questions we have, and they are very professional. When the job is done, Alex left the basement clean. Few days later Vlad came to replaced the galvanized pipe left In the bathroom.

I'm very happy for a job well done. I highly recommend Mister plumber to anyone.

It is already second time I used Mister Plumber for my plumbing project. Igor and Vlad did great job that consisted of several visits from rough in to final plumbing fixtures installation. I am happy with service they provide and for my next project I will definitely call them again.

Broken toilet. Victor from Mister Plumber was able to come right away. He quoted me on the phone for $180 labour, parts. The three other Homestars companies I called either gave me a range of $180-300+, or refused to give any quote besides the service charge to come out. Took his card and will call again for all future needs.

Found after buying house that old clay pipe was almost fully blocked and in disrepair. Live on a hill with cement steps so needed the pipe installation done so landscaping would not be compromised. Their work was fast, efficient and reliable. Found Vlad and Igor to be very professional, took time to explain everything, and in the end got sump pump installed for the price another company quoted without sump pump.

Mister Plumber stepped in when a previous plumbing company didn't honour its warranty and kept missing scheduled visit after scheduled visit. I found Mister Plumber through a mutual contact. By the end of Mister Plumber's visit, my kids were happy with their shower and the fair charge paid was more than worth waiting for the warranty coverage from the other company - which appeared to be worth a lot less.
