A small job that was more difficult than we thought. The job was completed very professionally and on time. Very competent and just as important very polite and customer service oriented. Highly recomend, pleasure to deal with.

I had a few plumbers reach out when I posted, but Protastic responded the quickest. Our job wasnt an emergency, just a new tap that we wanted replaced. Our plumber was communicative and got the job done.

DeRoy promptly responded to the service request, worked with me to source a difficult- to- find replacement part and expertly installed it. He even agreed to fix an unanticipated fill valve problem with our toilet, even though that was not part of the original request. Full marks!

Other contractors were trying to push an expensive full replacement for my shower. However, Protastic just replaced the broken part, got it done effectively, efficiently, within a day. Highly recommend.

Job was done well and on time. Everything is as cleaned at the end. Happy customer.

Its easily to find a plumber for a new bathroom; a small but critical repair? Not so much. Prostatic treated us like a top customer. Unlike others, he was willing to do the tricky work. Rather than direct us to buy new, he worked hard to save our high end, older faucet and replace the corroded part. He was prompt and clear in communications, treated our family home with respect leaving it perfectly clean, and despite the small size of the job, quickly returned once the required part was secured. We are grateful.

Protastic Plumbing was the first to respond to my call on Labor Day for an emergency. A technician arrived at my house in less than an hour. The service was completed without any inconvenience, demonstrating both the right attitude and technical knowledge for a truly professional service.

Deroy was an exceptional plumber. He was timely and very cost effective. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get professional work done.

Deroy came to our rescue twice. First time while we were out of the city and were alerted by our neighbour that there was a leak in the bathroom. Deroy showed up that Sunday afternoon even tho he had family obligations at the time. He spotted the problem with our toilet and suggested a fix. A few weeks after Deroy returned, again on a weekend emergency call to install a toilet wax seal extender which we had failed to install on our own while replacing the old leaky toilet. Deroy was fast, thorough and efficient and his fees were reasonable considering the quick response. I highly recommend his services.
