Deroy came to our rescue twice. First time while we were out of the city and were alerted by our neighbour that there was a leak in the bathroom. Deroy showed up that Sunday afternoon even tho he had family obligations at the time. He spotted the problem with our toilet and suggested a fix. A few weeks after Deroy returned, again on a weekend emergency call to install a toilet wax seal extender which we had failed to install on our own while replacing the old leaky toilet. Deroy was fast, thorough and efficient and his fees were reasonable considering the quick response. I highly recommend his services.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Deroy, a fantastic plumber who came to our rescue when we discovered a leak in our ceiling. After reaching out, Deroy promptly arrived within a few hours. He carefully investigated and suggested replacing the toilet seal ring upstairs, which he believed was the likely cause of the leakan approach that was both thoughtful and efficient, avoiding unnecessary damage to our drywall.

water was leaking on the floor. so, it was important to get it repaired right away. Deroy came within 1 or 2 hours. he resolved the problem quickly and the price was reasonable. Nice guy.
