Deroy came to our rescue twice. First time while we were out of the city and were alerted by our neighbour that there was a leak in the bathroom. Deroy showed up that Sunday afternoon even tho he had family obligations at the time. He spotted the problem with our toilet and suggested a fix. A few weeks after Deroy returned, again on a weekend emergency call to install a toilet wax seal extender which we had failed to install on our own while replacing the old leaky toilet.
