I called Accu-star to obtain a quote for removing or containing an exposed potential asbestos wrapped pipe. Nev came right away to take a look but found that it wasn't in fact asbestos rather a painted metal pipe and took the time to explain what an asbestos wrapped pipe would look and feel like. We also had a recent water leak in our basement and were concerned about potential mold. He didn't seem concerned unless we expose the mold - he took the time to explain where he believed mold exists but assured us it was dead, and that it was of no concern unless disturbed.
