Toronto Paving and Interlocking

At the begging of February 2009, a sales person "Frank" came to my house offering a low price for asphalt ($3000 for driveway). He asked for $300 deposit. On March the 13th 2009 he approached me with offering a counter lock walk way as well for additional $3400. Her promised to start in April. By May 11th 2009, he came to my house, took the old asphalt, and asked for an extra $700 deposit to start the job faster for coming Friday (May 15th 2009). Since then I didn't see him. On June 29th 2009 I found out that 4 other houses were ripped off with similar issues.
