My solid wood dining table needed complete refinishing and repair due to many years of damage. After much searching, something about Jeff’s demeanour, thoughtful questions and explanations made me trust him especially compared to the ludicrously expensive and high pressure in-home tactics used by the major competitor. His price was reasonable based on many estimates (not the highest or lowest) and the timeline was more suitable. He was always professional, responsive and accomodating of collaboration to ensure complete satisfaction. The end product is truly gorgeous and perfect. My entire family feels that it looks even better than when we got it new! I would totally do all my wood refinishing jobs with Jeff. He and his crew are top notch.
