Install Bathroom exhaust fan and pot lights
Our house inspector told us that the previous owners had installed a low quality bathroom fan, and had did not have it exhaust outside... in other words, moisture was NOT being exhausted!! oh well... we needed to have it done properly. Some electrical companies do not do this, but CLI said they would. Laura helped us set up the initial meeting and Steve came by to check out the job. We decided to also do pot lights in the kitchen. We agreed on the work to be done the following week.
Steve and Kevin arrived on time, and started the work... PROPERLY installing the exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom was tricky... could not vent it up through the flat roof, so the guys went out the side of the house. They definitely needed more time than I believe they estimated... but did not charge me more! They stuck to their quote and now have yet another customer for life... I will always call CLI for any work I have as they do more than just electrical.
