John and his crew were thoroughly professional. Outlined what needed to be done, priced the job well and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Very happy with outcome. Would highly recommend them.

Everybody, from Anna to Andrew to the crew were courteous and friendly. We worked through a miscommunication without issues, they were very flexible in general and the work looks fantastic.

Required brick fill on outside wall ( an old milk delivery door ).....also a section of garage floor required concrete fill .All work was done over a period of 2 days...as per my request....Work area was cleaned up ....and I am happy with the result.....If I have any future masonry work ,I will be calling Red Robin Masonry Inc....

It was a pleasant surprise to find Red Robin Masonry, recommended by another contractor, and a great relief for the excellent quality of their work. Their crew were really helpful, came twice and each time made the difficult repairs to the brick work on both front and back of my house. I've recommended them to my family members and other friends with heritage houses.

Rick was very friendly and did the job in the time as promised. The new chimney looks great and they cleaned up the work area.

I can't speak highly enough of Red Robin Masonry. They were very efficient and communicative, organized and on time. From start to finish the process was explained in detail and all my questions patiently answered. They started the work on the day it had been scheduled a month before and the first crew that worked on my house, Ismail and Vu-Shane, were super friendly, kind, professional, and patient with an annoying neighbour. I couldn't ask for a better crew! Unfortunately they discovered a structural problem on the third floor of my house, but this was addressed with the same professional competence a couple weeks later. The second crew, with Jay (I didn't get the second man's name), was also wonderful - very polite, attentive to detail, and willing to go the extra mile. They gave advice when I asked, and most importantly, did a beautiful job with the brick and mortar replacement. The colour match is superb. Both crews cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm extremely pleased with their meticulous work, and grateful to Anna in the office for her quick responses. A terrific company all around.
