Mike did a home inspection for us. He was very responsive to our requests and wrote a very detailed report, which helped us learn about all the issues with the place. The report was balanced and gave us the information we needed to determine whether we should purchase. Now that we have bought the house, we have a list of things we need to take care of in order to get the place ship shape. I would highly recommend Mike!

Mike was very flexible to accommodate our last minute and very constrained schedule (on a Sunday afternoon). He did his homework on the property prior to showing up, including information from city records, google earth, etc, and followed up with pictures and further research within a couple of hours of the inspection (as we needed to remove subjects that evening). Mike was very courteous and professional throughout the inspection and took his time to explain every detail during the several hour job. He was very thorough and well informed and certainly knows his stuff.
