Mike from Toronto Home Theatre is a rare breed. We have worked with him on projects in our home many times and he has always done a superb job. But, this past Christmas he went above and beyond. We asked him to install a tv in our son’s room for my son’s Christmas gift. Mike became very very sick and was actually hospitalized for his illness. Mike knew that this tv was our son’s big gift and that our son had had a very difficult year. He did not want him to be disappointed on Christmas and so Mike checked himself out of the hospital to come install the new tv. After he completed the installation, he went back to the hospital, was readmitted and stayed there for a few more days to get better. He even installed the tv quietly so that my son wouldn’t hear what he was doing. I’d like to qualify this story by saying that we had no idea he was in the hospital or that he was going to check himself out of the hospital to install our tv and we certainly do not want him to ever sacrifice his health for us again. But, his dedication to his clients is definitely unmatched. We will be forever loyal to him.
