We were lucky enough to be introduced to Mike through our previous home owner, we hit the jackpot! Mike has been an invaluable resource as we inherited an electronics rack that is far beyond our very limited tech capacity. Mike is exceptionally responsive, timely, knowledgeable, and provides great value in her services (tries to find a cheaper way or avoid a new equipment purchase altogether). I even referred him to my boss (if that doesn’t say it all). as a bonus Mike is personable, trustworthy, efficient, and always looking for a way not to inconvenience the customer.
