I have been a client of City Wide Maid Service for over four years now and have been very satisfied with their service. Over this period, due to my varying work schedule, I've have different maids at my home and each of them have been outstanding, very able, trustworthy, reliable, honest and care about the job they do. They have an outstanding customer service approach to running their business with reminder e-mails, follow-ups and friendly office staff. Great job City Wide and congrats on your awards. You are the best maid service provider in Toronto! I highly recommend them!

We were referred to City Wide Maid Service by many of our friends who have used and are using their cleaning services. We called them as we were moving out of our home and wanted our place cleaned. They were very professional on the phone, provided us with a quote that was right for our cleaning needs and sent a cleaner on our scheduled date. The cleaner was very pleasant and the cleaning was excellent!! After our first experience with City Wide Maid Service, we booked them to do our move-in clean and we have been using them ever since! They are great and we highly recommend them. It's refreshing to deal with a residential cleaning company who is professional and cares!

Unexperienced staff, can't even make the vacuum work.
Unprofessional and unreliable service.
I could not believe when they ask me for the money upfront. I politely say we will sort it out after I take my kids to school, so I step out of my house for 20 minutes and the cleaner walked away from the job while I was gone, leaving my door open and the cleaning job not done.
I will never hire this company again

the hard working women of city wide maid always go the extra mile. getting to all the baseboards. that is not to easy to do. not only do they clean your bathub, but dry them as well. makes the house shine with cleanliness.

I hired City Wide Maid Service to clean my apartment, and I have nothing but good things to say. My roommate and I have dust allergies and upon arrival home after the cleaner I found my home to be dust free. All of the base boards, tables, and around our electronics were all free of dust.
Our faucets were sparking. Counter tops and stove top were spotless.
I would hire City Wide Maid Service to clean my Grandmothers home, and let me tell you, she is one picky lady. Everyone in the office was courteous, friendly and very helpful. All in all I had a 10 out of 10 experience.
