Larry was assigned to our problem, assessed the situation and presented a detailed, easily understood quote for the proposed solution. It was comforting to know exactly the cost of the project at the outset. As it turned out the blockage was as predicted, tree roots snagging other material. However, continued penetration removed a more stubborn blockage, a dead water rat.
The project proved to be a challenge but was completed in a most professional manner. Larry was patient throughout and regularly advised on his progress. Good value for the money.
