Mitch from Mr. Rooter did a splendid job in explaining the plumbing issue, offering full cleanout with advantages, was courteous and respectful, listened carefully, addressed all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly... loved his work ethics and the ease with which we dealt with other company representatives prior to the actual visit.
