I had a blocked drain in my basement. Mr Rooter came in on a Friday night to fix the issue. The technician that was sent to the job (Guy) was courteous, professional and friendly, and he worked efficiently yet thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work, and would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Guy to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I would like to say being my first time calling Mr. Rooter I was very happy with the service I received with Luc. He did a great job fixing our plumbing in our washroom. I would like to mention that not always you get someone at your door with a smile and patience as he was especially hearing that he was on call and had just got home when called to my house. I was very impressed. He was very detailed and very patience and even offered to redo the seal when my toilette was not leveled properly this is not always the case when someone comes over they are usually in a hurry and want the job done quickly. I would like to thank him for his work he did a great job and especially the smile was greatly appreciated from beginning to end of the job. If ever I need a plumber in the future I will surely call Mr. Rooter in the condition I get Luc again. Tell Luc to keep on smiling it leaves a lasting impression.

I was in a panic, my basement was flooding, through the floor drain, every time I used water in the house. I called the city, and they told me I had to sign a waiver, indemnifying them of any damage. I was now really in a panic. I called Mr. Rooter and Larry Toll showed up. He was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently.
Larry came in under estimate, and made really great recommendations for work needing to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Larry Toll.

I was trying to replace an old faucet and got frustrated because I couldn't remove it. I called Mr. Rooter because I liked that they didn't charge differently for time of day. The service was excellent right from making the appointment to getting the work done. Larry Toll showed up on time and had a great attitude. He really knew his stuff and got the faucet removed in a matter of minutes. I was totally not expecting it, but he decided not to charge me for the service since it was so quick. This really demonstrated to me that he was honest and fair. Also, pretty cool that the company would give him this latitude. I wouldn't hesitate to give Mr. Rooter a call again.

Toilet was leaking in the basement. Larry Toll came and repaired the problem. He removed the toilet, scraped the caulking, replaced the wax donut and reassembled the entire toilet. He caulked the base to ensure that water would not escape. The work was performed in a very professional manner. He also inspected all of the plumbing fittings and pipes in the entire house.

On December 23 at 10:00 pm with a houseful of people, one of the toilets was plugged and no amount of plunging would alleviate the problem. Having had great experience and service with Mr. Rooter in the past, this was the first name that came to mind and sure enough, they came through for us. We had a plumber within the hour, who reviewed our options with us and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently for a reasonable cost. Thank you again, Mr. Rooter.

This was a big job! Sewer pipes from four houses in a row exit the complex under my home. The pipes, which were over 100 years old, had be changed under my home, as they had worn down to a dangerous level.

Sebastien Regimbald, the project manager, had to work with 4 home owners, including myself, and 4 tenants. This included developing multi-option estimates and multiple invoices for the separate owners, but also coordinating the overall project and maintaining open communication with all involved.

Seb did an outstanding job! All the work, requiring work in 3 houses, went extremely smoothly; everyone knew what to expect and when; and everyone felt very confident with what was being discussed and done.

Big Kudos to Seb for his strong leadership, project management and communication skills.

Little expensive but great job done right with Mr Larry Toll , I really like it I appreciate the good service,if you are looking for a plumber don't turn around Mr Rooter is the best.

Steve Lemieux from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job resolving a difficult pipe blockage at our house(our child flushed a couple of toy trains diwn the toilet). He was very organized and professional. Highly recommend him!

My sump pump failed and of course the basement flooded! First company I called weren't able to find the problem so I was about to go down the road of a line flush and possible camera/tracking...posible excavation, thought I'd try another company just to be sure...I called Mr. Rooter. Within 15 minutes of being here, Larry had diagnosed the problem!!!! Amazing!!! He made all the necessary repairs and installed a new high quality sump pump. I also asked Larry about the purchase and installation of a back up pump....he gave me all the info I needed and we got this done same day!! Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced and if you are in need of a plumber...this is the guy!! I also want to mention that the customer service was amazing beginning with my first call to them. They quickly fit me in and took the time to follow up every step of the way!!!! Thank you all!!!!
