Phil did excellent work on my nine year old electric water heater. He quickly presented me with three options, fully costed out, and went to work immediately after I made my choice. He went above and beyond the written estimate at no extra cost and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. This was not the first time I hired the company and it won't be the last.

Sanitary drain was slow and floor drain was backing up. Jody snaked both drains - made big difference. I followed his suggestion to put strainer in laundry tub to catch lint from clothes washer water. He was very conscientious to do a through job.

Outdoor valves for hoses were leaky. John K performed a thorough inspection of the entire house and proactively suggested we also install a valve to the main line at a better position given the deteriorating state of the old valve near the floor.

I was unable to clear a basement floor drain. I called Mr. Rooter and they arrived within minutes! They gave a cost estimate with two options. I chose the snake option first to clear the clog. This was unsuccessful and I went with the high pressure water flushing.
This solved the problems. Ryan, the plumber, was very professional and made sure every thing was working perfectly before he left. Thanks to Mr. Rooter and his team and we will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Hopefully not!!!!!
