After trying other options (including original builder of solarium) we called Andy. Andy was very professional, friendly and helpful. He worked hard to find the glass panel that would replace the piece that had unexpectedly shattered. Its a solarium that's over 25 years old - so not a simple task. His work process is very neat and he is knowledgeable and engaging. Should we need other solarium repairs Andy will be our go to guy. Fair and ethical - a rare combo. Thanks Andy.
