Lawn Maintenance review in Toronto

I was originally pleased with Greenbloom for a couple of years, but then the quality of their service went down hill. I had to repeatedly contact them to come do the work they were supposed to do which got tiresome. I have since found better service ; shop around and don't tolerate crappy service.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Lawn Maintenance review in Toronto

I have used Greenbloom for 3 years now at my home, both summer for lawncare and winter for snow removal. They are always prompt and professional, and thorough in the work they do. I have been very pleased with their work, and continue to recommend them to neighbours who have all been quite pleased as well.
