Their assessment revealed my neighbor's side of the roof had shingles that were loose when they meet with mine (my neighbor confirmed he had a bad experience with his roofer). Mr.Roof then provided immediate solutions by sealing the loose shingles and using cement to fill up cracks and gaps around the plumbing stack chimney.
They then provided a quote for optional additional work of installing shingles where my neighbor's shingles meet with mine.
They provided solutions to get more years out of my roof.
Mr.RoofRepair had reasonable quotes, prompt in communicated (email) and provided before and after pics of the work.
