Roof repair, eavestrough replacement
My roof was leaking water into my attic and kitchen, and causing the kitchen ceiling to crack and cave-in. After several months of trying to work with other roofers, I contacted Mr. Roof Repair. Michael emailed me very quickly after my online request, and we spoke within the hour. Michael was very clear in the process and expectations of the service agreement. Due to rainy weather, we had to wait a few days for the serviceman. When Pietro arrived, he took the time to assess and identify the issue, which no other repair person had done so far. Unfortunately, our problem required more work than a simple repair. Michael called me back the same day to advise the cost estimate. The repair was done in a timely matter. We had a small miscommunication on replacement of the eavestrough, which was quickly resolved. It has been 6 weeks since the repair and we have not had any issues with water coming in to our attic or kitchen. Thank you Michael and Pietro for correcting our roofing problem in a timely and honest mannor. We will recommend you in the future.
