The companies account manager contacted me within 24 hours and explained the policy & procedure of the company and offered me to send the inspection team within 4 days and on the third day they came on site and found the exact problem of leaking and given me quote.to fix the issue. The costs were clear and they made a point of being very upfront and honest about all costs involved. On the day of the repair they showed up within the time slot they provided and assessed the issue and explained how they were going to fix it. They also assessed the condition of my entire roof and provided an inspection report at a later date about possible future issues with solutions and a quote. The employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgable from the beginning to end. I highly recommend Mr. Roof Repair to all home owners for their roofing needs.
