A windstorm blew some shingles off the top of the roof. I checked Homestars and gave Mr. Roof Repair a call. They explained the process, set me up in their system, and had crew over the next day. My roof was fixed in less than hour, along with some other minor repairs. I was told one of the turbines was broken and that some re-venting was required costing another $2,000. I elected not to proceed.

Update (a few months later): I had to go up to the roof and to my surprise, the "broken" turbine was merely lifted off the sprocket leaving a large gap that animals could use to enter my attic. The fix: put the turbine back on the sprocket. I also found four roofing nails just below where they fixed the shingles. I have since revised my rating accordingly.
