We had two leaks from our roof, and they had identified the issue to be a broken shingle and sealant wearing off around the vent. We had no issues afterward but since we recently had a missing shingle, I called another reputable roofing company to fix it. To my surprise, they noticed that the broken shingle wasn't replaced. It was literally just glued back to the broken piece on the roof which would still allow water to seep in (overtime), and the sealant was done poorly. The roofing company that noticed this even took pictures/videos to show me the work and had to fix their poor workmanship. If only I was able to post the video. I will never recommend mr roof repaid to anyone - its a cash grab and poor workmanship. Buyer beware.
