Mr Roof Repair responded the fastest to our desperate calls to address an active leak on our bathroom ceiling after a severe thunderstorm late July. An assessment was coordinated within 2 days after they responded. The assessment report was thorough. When it was determined that the crew couldn’t fix the issue identified on the first visit, they prioritized to get the crew in quickly to replace the flanges that caused the active leak. Then subsequent visits followed to replace the aging skylight and incorrect bathroom vents.
Customer service was responsive across different departments. They helped alleviate our anxiety througout the processes.

The crew came to do an assessment of a bathroom vent on our roof. They also did an inspection of the roof itself. They were friendly and worked quickly and didn’t leave a mess.

Other companies were taking 2 weeks to come out for estimates. Mr Roof advised that at the very least a temporary fix for the leaking roof would be done followed by a full report. They were able to come out within 24-48 hours and were able to do a permanent fix within the 1 hour they were at the house. I dealt with David Jackson in accounts and he was great at setting up the appointment and explaining the steps to the process. I was very pleased with the service I received and the follow up report was extremely helpful and described areas that could cause issues in the future and what needed to be done if those issues arose.

We had a leak coming through a balcony that we couldn’t find. They guessed at where it was coming from and patched there but our leak kept happening. It helped us find the leak ourselves by process of elimination and they came back to fix it for no extra charge. The quote for a permanent fix seems a little on the high side but im glad they fixed it temporarily and at least they called me back which is more than i can say for most of the companies I called.

After a few days they sent me by email a report with photos and description of the statement of my roof. They gave me an estimate of years of life left for my roof and made recommendations about future maintenance.
